"After many years in the UK Multinationals, I felt a burning desire to start my own company - and eventually decided to take the plunge. I chose Services sector in the hotel management for three main reasons: -
I felt I could leverage my deep and broad understanding of Hospitality sectors - and my extensive client/candidate network.
I had realised that as I will get older, the real kicks I will get out of business life was helping others and recruitment gave me an opportunity to give 'double customer delight' - candidates and clients
Management Services to my mind is one of the few remaining functional sectors where there is more opportunity for 'value-add' than 'price reduction'.
In my experience of Management, as a candidate or a client, I have always felt that the agencies could have benefited from being less opportunistic and focussed more on: -
